In conjunction with  Coastguard Boating Education, we run a water safety awareness and Safe Boating Programme for all our Learn to Swim Students.

Our district is surrounded by water. Many residents and families enjoy an active, outdoor, water-based lifestyle. Water safety and safe boating education are very important skills to have.

Every term we dedicate one week of our Learn to Swim Programme to take our children through Water Safety and Safe Boating Skills.

These are taught in a fun, safe environment so the kids enjoy, and retain these vital skills in the hope that one day they will help to save a life.
