Tenders closed at 4 pm Wednesday, 15 June 2016. The Council thanks all participants for their interest.
Affordable opportunities for the purchase of land have become available with the sale by tender of seven Murupara properties. The properties have been declared abandoned by the Rotorua District Court and cleared of all rate arrears.
Anyone interested in purchasing the properties should view the tender terms and conditions below. The properties will also be advertised in local papers across the Bay of Plenty.
Tenders will close at 4 pm Wednesday, 15 June 2016. Tender documents are also available from the Whakatāne District Council’s Commerce Street office in Whakatāne and the Murupara Service Centre on Pine Street, Murupara.
