Why not save your greenwaste and make compost for your garden?

The large 240 L greenwaste bin is collected fortnightly on the same day as your residual waste and on alternate weeks to your recycling.

We're carrying out a trial of recycling stations around Whakatāne and Ohope. These Public Place Recycling stations will have a bin you can use for recycling glass, plastic, tins, cans and paper/cardboard items - and a bin for general rubbish.
