Our Open Data portal is intended to easily provide data to the public. It allows users to download some of Council’s data to use with their own mapping applications. Data offered via this portal can be downloaded as:

• Shapefiles, File Geodatabases, Feature Collections, SQLite Geodatabases, GeoPackages, or GeoJSON for GIS applications
• CSV or Excel for tables and spreadsheets

Datasets will be added and updated on an ongoing basis.

Unless specifically stated, all data is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 New Zealand License.
