Resource Consent Application - Land Use, Combined Subdivision and Land Use, Outline Plan/Outline Plan Waiver
Land use consent is a type of resource consent. You will need land use consent if you want to use your land for something that isn’t allowed as of right in the Operative District Plan.
In some instances, the written approval of affected parties may be required as part of your application. As an applicant, you should give an affected party as much information as possible to help them make a decision on whether to give their written consent or not. An affected party should sign the Written Approval Form as well as a copy of the application plans.
