We respond, on average, to approximately 1200 complaints annually. We cover issues such as aggressive behaviour, roaming dogs, wandering and trespassing stock and noise.

We guarantee the source of the complaint is kept completely confidential. Our preference is to get the owner to resolve the issue willingly, rather than through enforcement measures. However, in some cases, further action must be taken.
