Stolen or broken bin?
If your bin has been stolen or needs repair, please contact Customer Services on 07 3060 500. Glass crates are generally not replaced - you’ll need to pay for replacements if they go missing.
Recycling crates
Additional glass crates are available from the Whakatāne Refuse Transfer Station, 60 Te Tahi Street, and from the Murupara Service Centre, and cost $20 each. You’re allowed up to three glass crates per service.
