Whakatāne District Council is currently reviewing the Whakatāne Town Vision Plan, and we would like your input to help prepare a fresh Town Centre Plan for Whakatāne.

Our town centre is more than just a place where people shop and work. It’s the ‘heart’ of the town where the community and visitors can enjoy socialising and recreation. To ensure it remains a great place for everyone, it’s important that we have a plan for the town centre’s future development.
