The Extraordinary Council meeting that was to be held on Thursday, 14 May 2020 will now be held on Tuesday, 19 May 2020 commencing at 1 pm to discuss items in relation to the 2020/21 Annual Plan.
If New Zealand remains at either COVID-19 alert level 4 or 3, the meeting will be held via the audio-visual platform 'Zoom'. If we are at COVID-19 alert level 2, the meeting will be held at the Council Chambers, Civic Centre, Whakatāne District Council, Commerce Street, Whakatāne.
An agenda for the meeting will be posted on the Council's website prior to the meeting and if still in lockdown, an overview of the meeting will be posted on the website following the meeting.
