A planned, localised water shutdown in the Ōhope Beach School area this afternoon has had to be extended to a wider area due to problems in accessing the necessary isolation valves, which has required valves further down the road to be shut off.

As a result, properties from 126 Pohutukawa Ave through to the Four Square store and all properties on Plantation Reserve will experience either no water or low water pressure through until 5pm today.

Our apologies for the late notification of this shutdown, which is required to install a new connection for Ōhope School.
