Whakatāne District Council's online services will be unavailable from 20–21 June due to planned server maintenance. Affected services that will be unavailable over the weekend include:

• Property search
• Cemeteries search
• All online payment services (includes rates, water rates, dog registration payments, parking infringements, and sundry invoices)
• Online maps
• Council email

These services will be restored to public use once the maintenance is completed. All going well, they should be available again on Monday, 22 June.

Other than the services listed above, information on this website will remain available over the weekend. This includes the waste collection days search feature.
