Construction of a new raised pedestrian crossing point on The Strand, adjacent to the Robert Harris Café, will begin on Friday, 26 June and continue through till 10 July.
The work will mean vehicle access will be reduced to one lane only, entering and exiting The Strand/Richardson Street roundabout, for most of the construction period. Some delays may be experienced as a result of that work, and motorists may therefore wish to use an alternative route during the construction period.
