The pool facilities at the Whakatāne Aquatic and Fitness Centre will be closed on Monday, 8 and Tuesday, 9 May 2017 to allow for essential staff training, minor maintenance and cleaning activities that cannot be undertaken when the facility is open.

While the Fitness Centre will remain open to members, this closure will impact the Centre’s Learn to Swim activities, and people enrolled in the Monday classes will be refunded for one of their classes. Tuesday Learn to Swim classes will now be a 9-week term.
