The Whakatane Rowing Club invite you to attend their 100 Year Centenary Celebrations over Queen’s Birthday Weekend

‘Meet n Greet’

Whakatane Rowing Club
Starting at 6.30pm

  • For those arriving in Whakatane on the Friday, we will be holding a ‘Meet n Greet’ at the Clubrooms.
  • BBQ food and refreshments will be provided
  • Old photos will be on display
  • Shuttle van service available

Saturday 1 June, 2013

10am to 2pm

  • Rowing display at the Whakatane Library/ Museum, will be hosted by former NZ Rowers.

Free entry

12 Noon
Whakatane Library/Museum

Presentation to the Rowing Club by the Whakatane Mayor, Tony Bonne.

6:30pm
Dinner and Dance

Sunday 2nd June, 2013

11am at the Clubrooms
Brunch & River Challenge

  • Sunday brunch will be provided
  • We will organise some fun rowing races on the river - if interested bring suitable rowing clothing

Limited refreshment vouchers will be included for both Friday and Saturday evenings with each ticket sale.

Cash bar will be available at both venues. Alcohol will NOT be served to U18’s.

Tickets $50 per person
(includes Meet n Greet, Dinner & Dance, Brunch & River Challenge)

For those only wishing to attend the Friday evening ‘Meet ‘n Greet the ticket
price will be $10 per person
